Refund Policy

1. Overview

BhartPostAI offers monthly and annual subscription plans for its AI-powered content repurposing platform. This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through our website at bhartpostai.com. By subscribing, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.

2. Subscription Model

BhartPostAI operates on a prepaid subscription model. Access to premium features is granted immediately upon successful payment. Because you receive full access to the service at the start of each billing period, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, except as described in Sections 3 and 4 below.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. BhartPostAI does not store your card or UPI details on its servers.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund under the following circumstances:

  • 7-day new subscriber guarantee: If you are a first-time paying subscriber and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial payment, provided you have not made excessive use of the platform (more than 20 repurpose jobs generated during that period).
  • Double charge or duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate amount in full.
  • Service unavailability: If BhartPostAI experiences a verified outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours during a billing period, affected subscribers may request a pro-rated credit for the downtime period.
  • Unauthorised transaction: If a payment was made without your authorisation, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a full refund and report the incident to Razorpay.

Refunds are not available for partial months used, feature changes, or if you simply change your mind after using the service beyond the 7-day window.

4. Annual Plan Refunds

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase date under the new subscriber guarantee described above.

After the 7-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your annual plan at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the paid annual period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused months on annual plans cancelled after the 7-day window.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard → Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until that date and are not charged again.

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you believe you are eligible for a refund under Section 3 or 4, please contact us separately.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@bhartpostai.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • Your registered email address
  • The Razorpay payment ID or order ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
  • The reason for your refund request

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 7 business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. Razorpay typically processes refunds within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or UPI provider.

7. GST on Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the GST component included in your original payment will also be refunded, subject to applicable GST rules. A revised tax invoice or credit note will be issued as required under Indian GST law. If you have a specific GSTIN requirement, please mention it in your refund request email.

8. Consumer Rights under Indian Law

This policy is designed to comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) and applicable regulations. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Indian law.

If you believe a dispute has not been resolved fairly, you may escalate it to the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or the relevant State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, or through the Government of India's consumer helpline at consumerhelpline.gov.in.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
